All products/softwares available on the Website are downloadable. Hence, refunds for product(s) purchased will be provided only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- Request for refund is made within 48 hours after product purchase.
- Product cannot be properly installed on your PhpFox site. This means that both you and the PhpFoxPro staff are unable to install the product properly on your PhpFoxPro site using the FTP, database access and site admin details of your PhpFoxPro site.
- Problems or errors faced in product installation are not caused by any modifications made to PhpFoxPro or another related product/plugin on your site.
